The Art of Speed Malaysia (AOS) has long been hailed as the preeminent auto and motorcycle event, despite its heavy emphasis on customization. As such, there are also new motorcycles and cars and bikes at the event.

Through this association AOS, SHOEI Malaysia, Excel Takasago Asia, and BARTubeless graced the 10th Anniversary Art of Speed 2022 event held on 2 and 3 July at MAEPS, Serdang over the weekend.

Shoei Malaysia contributed a J.O classic helmet, while Excel Takasago Asia contributed a new set of wheels that were then custom painted by renowned customizer FNG Works. These one-off items were then displayed at the event and opened for bidding. The highest bidder walks away with the prize while the proceeds were handed over to AOS to donate to selected charities.

Apart from that, SHOEI Malaysia also operated a booth to provide SHOEI size check service. The service allowed existing SHOEI owners to recheck their fit if they have not done so, while interested attendees could also determine their correct sizing for SHOEI helmets. The process was carried out by SHOEI Malaysia personnel who were specially trained and certified in Japan, and by using a special measuring tool. The booth was operated along with SHOEI and Excel Takasago Asia's authorised dealer, GENE Advance Sdn. Bhd.

The event saw heavy turnout on both days, as a testament to the pent-up anticipation, after AOS was put off for two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdowns.
